I'm writing this email to ask for the detail of joining Nutrition Society of Malaysia. What is the criteria of joining the society and where can I get the joining form. Thank you very much.

If you have a degree in nutrition, dietetics, medicine or related subjects you may join as an ordinary member. Otherwise, you can join as an associate member. Details are given in the website – RULES (http://nutriweb.org.my/index.php?rules-of-nsm).

You can visit our website: www.nutriweb.org.my and obtain information about our Society, the types of membership, qualitications required, activities, and also the application form to be a member. Send it in with photocopy of your degree. We will consider it in a council meeting and inform you accordingly. We welcome you to join us in promoting healthy eating.

--- Recent Passport size photo (jpg / jpeg / png)
--- Scan copy of first bachelor degree (pdf / jpg / jpeg / png)
--- Proof of payment of membership fee (pdf / jpg / jpeg / png)
--- Maximum upload file size must not exceed 2MB
