How Should I Eat?

There are those among us who eat just for the sake of filling their tummies. And then there are those who eat as if every meal is their last.

Don't follow them! Instead, eat healthily. Eating healthily can prevent you from falling ill easily, and can help you do well in school so that you'll amaze everybody!

Follow the Food Guide Pyramid! It's a cool and easy way to achieve a well-balanced diet. It recommends how much you need of each food group. This will help you get the right amounts of all the nutrients you need. Just start at the bottom, and work your way up!

 


How Much Should You Eat?

Eat according to your physical needs. If you're very active in sports and games, then you should eat more. If you're not as active, then you should eat less.
