No single food has the power to make you a genius or study better. So beware of so-called 'health foods' or 'brain food' that claim to make you smarter.

So you're going out with friends, playing sports, doing household chores, surfing cool websites - and on top of all that, you have to do your schoolwork, too. Whew! Are you sure you have enough energy to keep up? You will if you eat regular meals. It'll give you energy to get you going!
